Dr. William Tuttle Hall is a northeastern NC native. Born in Elizabeth City to John "Skipper" & Elizabeth "Sis" Hall. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a B.A. in Psychology. While there, as an honors research assistant, he co-authored a paper published in the Journal of Basic & Applied Social Psychology. Then off to Atlanta for graduate school at Life University where he graduated with Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. After graduating he worked as an associate doctor at Saleeby Chiropractic Center in Raleigh, NC. There he received advanced training in computer assisted adjusting. In 2002, he opened Advanced Chiropractic, P.C. He has since obtained post graduate certification to perform Acupuncture. He is curently obtaining certification in Whiplash & Brain Traumatology.
Dr. Christine N. Bui relocated to the Outer Banks from Charlotte, North Carolina in 2003 to join Dr. W. Tuttle Hall at Advanced Chiropractic & Acupuncture. She graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Cum Laude with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University. Dr. Bui received her post graduate certification in Acupuncture at Logan College in Missouri. After graduating, she practiced in Mooresville, NC. There she was among a team of chiropractors caring for several NASCAR race teams including: Haas, Ultra, Joe Gibbs, and Bace Motorsports. Her experience with the race teams introduced her to a variety of different conditions and ailments that may result from driving, to physical stresses at the work place. She provided both chiropractic care and acupuncture treatments for the crew members. She currently treats both chiropractic & acupuncture patients.
